VERY LARGE all through, made up of 4 double bedrooms with Ensuite to master and is on the edge of an executive quiet cul de sac overlooking the grounds of USK CASTLE.
Can sleep up to 8 individuals very comfortably.

The space is incredibly versatile, cosy rooms and vast open plan rooms to suit your needs.
The house is completely detached with a good size garden and lower patio area with 6 person hot tub including blue tooth, super massage jets and side fountains.
The garden backs onto the land of the Usk Castle which is in walking distance.
The large lounge is suitable for up to 10 people sat comfortably and includes a full size pool table and the open plan grand rear reception area is looked over by the most beautiful 18 foot feature window allowing natural light to flood in and this looks out onto the garden.
This room will hold 15 people with ease.
The picture window here is furnished with a stunning gold chandelier.
The kitchen is a superb size and wraps around to the side of the grand reception and seats 8 people at the breakfast bar.
The dining room also seats 8 people.
We have a full professional relaxation and therapy/treatment room for massage treatments which include hot stone therapy, aroma therapy treatments, fully body massage, neck and shoulder massage among many others.
Treatments are carried out by fully qualified masseurs from a well respected local therapy clinic.
(Treatments must be booked and paid for in advance)
A full tariff of costs and therapies are available on request.
Gowns and slippers are provided for your treatment by courtesy of Cymru Holidays.
We head to the first floor where we have 4 double bedrooms, the master is a kingsize with extensively fitted wardrobes and a large en suite.
A further double bedroom and two twin rooms plus a large master bathroom complete this beautiful detached home.
Outside is a private drive for at least 4 - 5 cars.
A side and rear access takes us to a mature well maintained garden which comprises of a lower patio area with steps to a terraced lawn and ample out door seating and dining space PLUS A 6 PERSON HOT TUB with Bluetooth speakers, massage jets and moulded seating and lounger.The space

Usk is a town and community in Monmouthshire, Wales, 10 miles northeast of Newport. It is located on the River Usk, which is spanned by an arched stone bridge at the western entrance to the town. Usk Castle, above the town overlooks, the ancient crossing point.
We have some of the most beautiful attractions on our doorstep.
The historical market town of Usk is within walking distance and is full of eateries and individual shops and coffee shops set alongside The River Usk which is famous for it’s beautiful clear waters and never a sunny day goes by without visitors taking a dip.
Usk is also very famous for its Usk in Bloom status and the town is always in full bloom during the summer months, it really is a sight to behold.
Just a short drive or a bike ride away is the spectacular Llandegveth Reservoir which has many water sports plus some beautiful walking trails.
If shopping is your thing then a short and easy bus ride or a car journey away are some of our historical and buzzing cities, Bristol is just 35 minutes away, Cardiff, the Capital of Wales is just 30 minutes away and Newport City or Cwmbran Town Centre are within 20 minutes drive.
Why not pop to the beach, our nearest beach is of Gavin and Stacey fame - BARRY ISLAND, a real traditional seaside Welsh town with so much to do.
We have the Brecon Beacons National Park on our doorstep and this is one of the most beautiful days out.
Make a day of it, you will be blown away.
Usk has more restaurants and local family pubs within walking distance of each other than any other town in Wales and the local cuisine is exquisite.
We have an amazing micro brewery plus a gin distillery.
We also have some of the best takeaways around.
A short drive is our neighbouring historical Roman Village of Caerleon where you can visit the Roman Baths and the AmphiTheatre.
We are just 25 minutes from Hay - on - Wye which is known for its wonderful book shops and interesting history.
Slightly closer we have the market towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth.
Tuesday is market day at Abergavenny and will keep you browsing local produce and goods all day.
We are so lucky to have some of the wonderful Welsh Peaks close by and you really must take your walking boots and a back pack and complete the challenge, it’s a wonderful experience.
If you like a night in, we have ensured we have a fully equipped kitchen with pantry essentials to enable you to cook yourself something very special and the dinner table is set.
On your arrival, you will be greeted by a freshly prepared grazing table and Prosecco which is complimentary.
Your rooms will be fully prepared with toiletries, fresh linen and towels and as hosts we will be just a text away.
